Emerging Scholars video: Ph. D candidate Ali Greey

In this video, Ph.D. candidate Ali Greey from the University of Toronto discusses some of their experiences in elite-level boxing and what sport has meant to them on an individual level both as a space of empowerment but also in relation to marginalization and discrimination. They also discuss their current and previous research, which, broadly, has focused on the inclusion of trans and gender non-conforming persons in sport and physical activity writ large and within the school system.
